Exchange of goods within 100 days

The option of exchanging goods is not a legal obligation. It is our bonus for you. When you encounter Apple electronics, you usually experience love at first sight. But sometimes you realize that a higher model might suit you better. That is why we offer exchanges. The process will be a little more complicated than with a regular return of goods, but don't worry. We can handle it.

 

If you are exchanging an iPhone or iPad, first reset the device to factory settings. This is a very important step, without which we cannot carry out the exchange. Then order your dream piece on our website and write in the note that it is an exchange for goods returned within 100 days.

 

Generate a protocol at the bottom of this page, print it and add it to the package with the goods you are returning. Send the package to us:
