How do I join?
Simply create a customer account on our e-shop, and the loyalty program will be automatically activated. No complicated separate registrations, no membership cards - as soon as you have an account, you collect points.
Collecting points
For each product on our website, you will find information about how many points you will earn for its purchase. This information is visible even before adding the product to the cart, so you always have an overview of how advantageous your purchase will be. Points will be credited to you 14 days after completing the order to make sure that everything went smoothly. Each point is valid for 1 year from the date of its crediting and after this time the points automatically expire, so don't hesitate.
How to use points?
You can use the points you collect as a discount on your next purchase, where 1 point = 0.04 EUR. In the cart, you simply choose how many points you want to use, and the value will be deducted from the total amount of your order.
Where can I find my points?
Simply log in to your account on the website. In the customer section you will find an overview of your collected points and much more.
